These Terms govern your use of www.boisebugbombers.com and the pest control services provided by Boise Bug Bombers, LLC (“Boise Bug Bombers”). By using the site or booking service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential and commercial pest control services in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. Service descriptions, plans, and pricing are estimates and may vary based on inspection, property size, pest type, and conditions. A quote is not a contract until service is scheduled and confirmed.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property for treatment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel; missed appointments may be subject to a fee as disclosed at booking.
Pricing & Payment
Fees are due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Recurring/quarterly plans continue until cancelled per the plan terms. Late or unpaid balances may incur fees permitted by Idaho law.
Pesticide Use & Safety
We are a licensed pesticide applicator in Idaho (Idaho State Department of Agriculture License #96328) and apply EPA-registered products according to label directions. Follow any re-entry, drying, or preparation instructions we provide. Notify us of allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, infants, pets, or aquatic life on the property before treatment.
Guarantee
If covered pests return between scheduled quarterly visits, we will re-treat at no additional charge for the covered period. The guarantee applies only to services and pests expressly covered by your plan and requires reasonable cooperation (access, recommended preparation, and no conflicting treatments by others).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boise Bug Bombers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee total elimination of all pests in all conditions.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
Site content is owned by or licensed to Boise Bug Bombers and may not be copied or reused without permission. Don’t use the site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it.
Reviews & Submissions

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in Ada County, Idaho.
